Andy Seaberg is a food science and innovation leader passionate about developing, and commercializing, products in the health and wellness space. He currently serves as Vice President of R&D and Quality at Ripple Foods, where he leads teams responsible for innovation, product development, quality, and commercialization of Ripple’s plant-based portfolio. Before joining Ripple, Andy held R&D and product development leadership roles with Plum Organics, Del Monte Foods, The Clorox Company, and Pepperidge Farm. Andy earned a B.S. in Food Science from Cornell University and an M.S. in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. At Ripple, his R&D team was recognized as Food Processing Magazine’s R&D Team of the Year, reflecting their work in advancing plant-based products that are anchored in nutrition, for kids and their families.
