Bridge2Food North America returns to Minneapolis on October 13–15, 2026, in partnership with the MBOLD Coalition.
The event brings together the food innovation community for three days of technical learning, industry insights, collaboration, and networking. October 13 | Technical Course
The event begins with the Technical Course, featuring expert presentations and practical workshops focused on the latest developments in ingredients, processing, formulation, and product development.
The program will explore solutions designed to improve taste, texture, nutrition, functionality, and overall product performance.
October 14–15 | Summit
The two-day Summit will examine the key opportunities and challenges influencing the food industry. Sessions will cover consumer trends, market growth, commercialization, affordability, nutrition, and innovation across all protein types, including fermentation, cultivated technologies, and hybrid solutions.
Alongside the program, attendees will have dedicated opportunities to meet potential partners, exchange ideas, and build valuable relationships across the North American food innovation ecosystem.
