Bryan Tracy, PhD, is Co-Founder and CEO of Superbrewed Food, a biotechnology company discovering, developing, and commercializing Precision Postbiotic ingredients through its Whole-Cell Intelligence™ platform. Bryan is a biochemical engineer and serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience developing and commercializing fermentation-based technologies. Prior to Superbrewed, he co-founded Elcriton, a biotechnology company acquired by White Dog Labs, and held technical roles at Novozymes. He earned his PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Northwestern University. At Superbrewed, Bryan leads the company’s strategy and commercialization as it brings a new generation of ingredients to market that combine nutrition, health benefits, and formulation functionality without the traditional compromises of doing more.
