Caroline leads global corporate partnerships for Rabobank Innovation, the bank’s consulting arm dedicated to fueling corporate growth through startup partnerships and leading-edge industry insights. Both French and American, Caroline’s international background and language skills have sent her to Europe, Africa and South-East Asia in different roles spanning the Food & Ag supply chain over the past 15 years. Prior to joining Rabobank in 2020, Caroline managed a French FoodTech startup called Algama, which pioneers microalgae as a sustainable and abundant source of plant protein. Caroline has advised multilaterals and agribusinesses on creating shared value with smallholder farmers in Kenya, India and Mexico as well as French companies and startups on entering the North American market.
