Dr. Divek Nair is the Applications Manager for Antimicrobial Innovation in the Food Protection (Microbiology) team at Kalsec, Inc. He obtained a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from India and an M.S. in Poultry Science, with a minor in Food Science and Technology, from Mississippi State University. He also holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, with expertise in foodborne pathogen control, interventional microbiology, and microbiomics. In his current role, he leads and manages innovative customer application projects and engages directly with customers to address microbial challenges.
