Jake Boy is the Product Manager of Bioprocess at Ika Works, an equipment provider for lab, process, analytical, and bioprocessing applications. After earning his bachelor's degree in evolutionary biology from Harvard University, Jake found his way into biotechnology with a focus on cell culture and adapting cell culture processes to bioreactors at lab, bench, and pilot scales. He’s curious to learn more about the needs of food scientists in relation to bioreactors and how the technology can be tailored towards applications involving food production and innovation.
