Lissy is a highly engaged sales engineer at endeco. Within the last 4 years she has deep dived into the topic of plant-based proteins. As a project manager she has been responsible for various projects at different engineering stages before she switched to the project development. There she drives the plant-based protein business forward to impact the sustainable food supply. She graduated in Industrial Engineering with a B. Eng. and currently extends her qualification with a MBA.
