I bring over 15 years of experience across food manufacturing, product management and commercialization, with much of my recent work focused on alternative proteins and emerging food ingredient technologies.

I started my career as a chemical process engineer in food ingredient production, which gave me a firsthand understanding of the realities of manufacturing at scale and the importance of developing solutions that work in real production environments. I later transitioned into product management, leading strategy, scale-up and commercialization of alternative protein solutions.

Today, as a Commercial Leader at SternMaid Ingredients, I’m focused on growing our ingredient business in North America by understanding the challenges our customers are trying to solve and connecting them with the right technical capabilities and ingredient solutions. I believe the strongest solutions start with the customer, perform where it matters, and make sense in the realities of their business.
