Quinn Thompson is the Director of Sourcing at Seven Sundays, a Twin Cities-based breakfast food company committed to restoring our food system from the ground up so that future generations can thrive. In his role, Quinn leads sourcing strategy across the company’s ingredient and packaging portfolio, partnering with suppliers across the region, the country, and around the globe to identify innovative ingredients, build resilient supply chains, and support the company’s growth.

Quinn brings more than a decade of sourcing and procurement experience within the food and beverage industry. Prior to joining Seven Sundays, he held sourcing and supply chain roles at Brew Dr. Kombucha and Craft Brew Alliance. He is passionate about using sourcing and procurement as a strategic tool to create stronger businesses while building a more sustainable and resilient food system.
