With a multidisciplinary background spanning food science, biotechnology, and alternative proteins, Vaishnavee brings a unique perspective to the evolving protein landscape.
Prior to joining Griffith Foods, she spent over three years at UPSIDE Foods, helping develop cultivated meat and seafood products while collaborating with teams across research, engineering, sensory, and operations. Working in both cultivated and plant-based proteins has given her firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges of bringing next-generation protein technologies from concept to commercialization.
Holding Master's degrees in Food science & technology and Biotechnology, Vaishnavee is passionate about bridging scientific innovation with practical product development. Today, her work focuses on ingredient functionality, clean-label formulation, and solving complex technical challenges to create products that resonate with consumers. She is particularly inspired by the potential of emerging food technologies to build a more sustainable, resilient, and accessible food system, and enjoys collaborating across the industry to help shape the future of protein.
