Vinodthan Nayagar is a recognized leader in the food and agriculture certification industry, with more than a decade of experience spanning Organic, Non-GMO, animal welfare, sustainability, and other value-added certification and verification programs. He serves as Executive Vice President of Growth Strategy at Where Food Comes From, Inc., where he leads strategic initiatives focused on business growth, market expansion, program development, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Prior to his current role, Vinod led the technical division of a global testing and certification organization and later spearheaded the turnaround and modernization of the Organic certification division at Where Food Comes From. Through strategic leadership, operational transformation, market expansion, and customer-focused growth initiatives, he transformed the division into a stronger, more competitive, and growth-oriented business. His unique combination of technical certification expertise and commercial leadership enables organizations to identify growth opportunities, scale programs, integrate new capabilities, and develop sustainable business models.
